London Bee Premier Nanny Service will assist you with everything from scheduling interviews to conducting an orientation with your new nanny. All of our services include a complimentary consultation, criminal screening, civil check, DMV check, SSN verification, sex offender registry check, drug screening, and unlimited phone follow up/consultations. Nanny Services (Full-time, Live-In, and Live-out)
Our nannies provide complete care for children in the family’s home and perform all tasks that correlate to the care of the children. The nanny will create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment in which the children can thrive and develop. Each nanny position may have slightly different responsibilities depending on the family requirements. Some major duties include but are not limited to:
- Preparing bottles and feeding babies
- Changing diapers
- Bathing and dressing children
- Preparing meals and snacks for the children
- Cleaning and washing up after children’s meals
- Scheduling and coordinating children’s activities
- Transporting children to school and other activities
- Tidying children’s bedrooms and play areas
- Implementing daily routines
- Light household duties
Newborn Care Services
We have Newborn Care Specialists that have extensive practical experience with newborns and will provide new parents assistance during the post-delivery. Some job functions include but not limited to:
- Helping parents establish a schedule for their baby
- Infant sleep training
- Preparing and sterilizing bottles for babies
- Changing diapers
- Lactation support
Consulting Services
This is for families that would like assistance during the interview and hiring process. Services include: One 60 Minute In-Home Visit to answer questions and assist parents with the process of finding a nanny, interviewing, making an offer to a nanny, or to assist with orientation if this is conducted after the nanny is hired. Sample forms will be provided: Interview Questions, Reference Check Form, and Sample Employment Contract. Also we will provide unlimited phone follow up/consultations and resume review for client’s candidates.
Smart Bee Program - COMING SOON
The Smart Bee program is a unique comprehensive curriculum that is designed to challenge your child at a level of a private preschool or daycare but with the benefit of having a private trained nanny in your home. This enrichment program creates an educational environment in your home and provides an enthusiasm for learning for infants, toddlers, and preschoolers.
