Thank you for considering London Bee Premier Nanny Service to assist you in finding a nanny or newborn care specialist position. We value you as a member of our team and will prepare you for a successful placement. Becoming a London Bee nanny means you are dependable, trustworthy, have extensive childcare experience, and love bonding with children. We are very selective in the nannies that are associated with our agency. In order for each candidate to be accepted into our nanny network they must go through our extensive application process.
Application Process
- Telephone screening with London Bee Premier Nanny Service
- Complete Nanny Application and submit childcare resume
- Formal face to face interview
- References and background are checked
- Complete orientation and training, including passing a Nanny Skills exam
- Nanny Profile will be created and submitted to inquiring families
- Nanny begins interviewing with families
- If selected by the family, Nanny begins employment
Qualifications
All Candidates must meet the minimum qualifications below for representation by London Bee Premier Nanny Service.
- At least 21 years of age
- Completion of high school diploma (Associate’s, Bachelor’s degree or 1-2 years of college preferred)
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Must be able to write and speak fluent English
- Minimum 3 years of childcare experience (post age 18) with at least 2 years professional experience as a nanny for a private family (not including friends and family members)
- 3 professional childcare references
- Must own a fully insured vehicle and provide proof of auto insurance
- Have a current driver’s license and clean driving record
- Must pass background checks (criminal, civil, and SSN verification), drug test, and health tests
- Have a clean driving record
- Current Infant/Child CPR and First Aid Certification
- Successful Agency Interview and completion of nanny orientation training
- Willing to make a 1 year commitment to the agency for permanent positions
